The New Orleans Saints (5-11) are on the road this week to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-7) in Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, which will be the Saints last game for the 2024 season.

These two teams first played one another back on December 11, 1977, which saw the Bucs defeat the Saints 33-14 in the Louisiana Superdome. Sunday will be the 65th time that these two franchises have faced one another, with New Orleans leading the series 40-25.

In their 64 matchups, New Orleans has scored a total of 2,183 points with Tampa Bay scoring 1,241 points. From 2011-2024 and 2018-2021, the Saints held a 7-game winning streak over the Buccaneers.

These two played their last matchup in the Superdome on October 13th, which saw the Bucs defeat the Saints 51-27.

New Orleans comes into this matchup after a 25-10 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday in the Caesars Superdome. Meanwhile, the Bucs defeated the Carolina Panthers 48-14 and are vying to win the division and playoff seeding with a win against the Saints.

Kickoff is at 12 pm and the game will be broadcast on FOX with Kevin Burkhardt (play-by-play), Tom Brady (color analyst) and Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi (sideline)
