After a devastating Achilles injury ended his season in Week 1 last year, New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is itching to get to work in the regular season and help them become a legitimate Super Bowl contender in the AFC.
For Rodgers to lead the Jets to success during the 2024 campaign, the four-time NFL MVP will have to build some much-needed chemistry with star wide receiver Garrett Wilson, who has been impressive considering the circumstances of his first two seasons with New York.
Although the two stars were recently seen yelling at one another on the practice field because of what appeared to be some miscommunication, Rodgers and Wilson might be starting to get on the same page at the right time with the opening of the 2024 NFL season right around the corner.
They recently put on a show in a joint practice/scrimmage with the New York Giants, with a long bomb from Rodgers to his top receiver, via Dov Kleiman.

If Rodgers and Wilson can perform like this while getting protection from an upgraded offensive line, the Jets could very well have a high-powered offense this season, which is a scary thought for their opponents, considering how good the New York defense is expected to be.
Only time will tell if the Rodgers experiment will ultimately work out, but confidence seems to be growing with the Jets, which is a good sign.
