Aaron Rodgers reveals problem for Vikings to take advantage of in Week 5

There may not be a more surprising team in the NFL this season than the Minnesota Vikings. Last week, they defended their undefeated record against the Green Bay Packers and sit as one of only two teams with zero losses through four weeks.

In Week 5, the Vikings will host the New York Jets in the U.K. as part of the league's London Games Series. The game will take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and features former Packers' passer Aaron Rodgers behind center for the Jets.

This matchup will take place one week before Minnesota's bye week, meaning there is a chance the purple and gold could be undefeated through six weeks if they can defeat the Jets on NFL Network at 8:30 am CT.

Aaron Rodgers reveals problem for Vikings to take advantage of in Week 5

On Tuesday, Rodgers appeared on the Pat McAfee Show and talked about his disappointment in the Jets' Week 4 loss to the Broncos. However, he also dropped a little nugget about his health that could be an important factor in the game.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport on X (formerly Twitter) shared McAfee's post of the New York quarterback in a video discussing his frustration with his team's loss to Denver and his struggling performance in that game.

On Sunday, Rodgers failed to throw a touchdown and completed only 57.1 percent of his passes. More importantly, he was sacked on five occasions but hit by the Denver Broncos defense a whopping 14 times. It's not a surprise the veteran quarterback is feeling sore.

"I'm feeling a little banged up...took some shots. Knee is a little swollen. "

Week 5 might not be too good for Rodgers, either. The Minnesota Vikings rank first in the NFL in sacks with 17 through the first four weeks and have generated a ton of pressure and hits thanks to Brian Flores' defense's creative nature.

Aaron Rodgers isn't known for his mobility. He will be under duress on Sunday and may struggle to move in the pocket to avoid pressure, especially if Flores can confuse the 40-year-old Jets quarterback with different blitz looks from the defense.

The health of Aaron Rodgers will definitely be something to pay attention to as the Week 5 contest between the Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets approaches. Let's hope the purple and gold can create another game full of frustration for Rodgers on Sunday.
