Earlier this evening, Neil Stratton of Inside the League reported that former San Francisco scouting assistant Jack Quagliarello had been hired by Washington as a pro scout.
Jack Quagliarello, who spent last season as a scouting assistant with the #49ers, is following new #Commanders GM Adam Peters to Washington as a pro scout. A true grinder, Quagliarello has done stints w/the #Jets & #Colts as well as @NUFBFamily, @CuseFootball & the @SeniorBowl.

Quagliarello has spent time as interns with the Jets and Colts, later spending time on the recruiting staff of Syracuse University and Northwestern. Last season was his first year as a scouting assistant with the 49ers.
It will be interesting to see if Peters brings over any other scouting staff from the 49ers, and if Lance Newmark taps the Lions’ scouting staff for promotional opportunities.
