When it comes to the Cincinnati Bengals right now, everyone has seemed to share thoughts on wideout Jermaine Burton.
First, it was head coach Zac Taylor praising Burton. Then, it was Joe Burrow saying Burton has stepped up.
Another quote comes courtesy of Burton's fellow receiver, Tee Higgins.
"He's being more consistent," Higgins said, according to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com. "He's come in and out of his routes like he should be, and he's not asking too many questions because he knows. That's the way we want it."
The most notable, of course, comes from Burton himself, as he recently spoke about fixing things as he heads into Year 2, all while praising the guys around him who have stepped up as mentors.
It's no secret that Burton has a lot of work to do this summer after a rookie season marred by issues around and away from the team made it worth speculating about his future with the Bengals in 2025. But so far, he's got the necessary June praise from the best possible names in a way that corrects his outlook to something slightly more positive than anticipated.
