Bo Nix Trolls Jameis Winston With Snap Count in Broncos-Browns Game

Throughout his football career, from high school in Alabama, to college in Oregon, and now professionally in Denver, Broncos quarterback Bo Nix has been described as a film junky.

He would spend hours upon hours in the film room during his days in Eugene, and that's continued during his rookie year with Denver. It appears that over the last week, he's picked up a trick or two from Cleveland Browns quarterback Jameis Winston.

During the Monday Night Football game on ESPN, Nix created a stir on social media after the microphones picked up his snap count on 4th down. While trying several hard counts to get the Browns to commit a penalty, Nix finally gave up and decided to yell at the defense instead.

"Jump offsides!" Nix exclaimed.

While the common fan may see this as a hilarious plea, those who spend far too much time on the internet will know that this was actually a trolling of Winston. Last week during the Browns' game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Winston went viral for pleading with Pittsburgh players to jump offsides in a similar situation.

While Nix's hard count wasn't quite as comical as Winston's that's a high bar to clear. Still, fans had a good time on social media after hearing Nix take a page out of Winston's book.

While this play might not have been successful for Nix, he has been impressive throughout the night, throwing for over 250 yards and a touchdown, including a 93-yard bomb in the third quarter.

His play has been hot on the field, and as he gets more established in the league, we'll see if his hard count can improve as well.
