Breece Hall Working Toward ‘Common Goal’ With Rodgers

The New York Jets are readying themselves for the San Francisco 49ers to open their 2024 season, and running back Breece Hall is looking forward to seeing the offense getting on the same page early.

Breece Hall is determined to protect Aaron Rodgers from another injury

With Hall, Braelon Allen, and Israel Abanikanda as Rodgers' three main backs, the trio will alleviate the pressure on Rodgers' shoulders to throw the Jets to win in 2024.

For Hall, Rodgers' little nuggets of information regarding Nathaniel Hackett's scheme that he has been able to pass down mean that the whole offense is pulling in the same direction.

"Aaron expects us to be in a certain spot, he's been running this offense for probably longer than I've been alive so, it's just upholding that standard of perfection and that's being on the same page, that's the biggest thing," Hall said. "He's big on communication, we all got to be on the same page so we can reach that common goal."

With Hall over a year removed from his ACL, the third-year back is looking to make his mark on the league and will get help from Rodgers.

Hall totaled 994 yards and five touchdowns in his comeback season last year, but that was behind a poor offensive line and below-par quarterback play-both of which are vastly improved now.

So the hope is that Hall, who some have as one of the best running backs in football, will emerge as a star in 2024 and be a reason why New York finally punches its ticket to the postseason, and that is helped by Rodgers imparting wisdom on the playing group.

Football is a team game, and having everyone pull in the same direction is the recipe for success, and it appears that the Jets' offense is doing just that.
