Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is making the most of his offseason by spending quality time with his Brittany Mahomes, and the couple's three children, Sterling Skye, 4, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon, 2, and newborn Golden Raye.
Mahomes told reporters before the Chiefs' loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, "[During] football season, you take so much time away from those little memories that you have just taking your kids to gym class or whatever it is and taking them to school and stuff like that.
"Whenever I get in the offseason, I try to spend as much time as I can with them, and get to see what they do on a day-to-day basis and build those memories with them."
However, the three-time Super Bowl MVP doesn't spend the offseason simply thinking about his own kids, he's also making time for his 15 and the Mahomies Foundation, which he established in 2019.
As stated on the website, "The Foundation supports initiatives that focus on health, wellness, communities in need of resources and other charitable causes." After announcing a partnership with Systems of Care Initiative (SOCI) earlier this month, Mahomes kicked off the "Read for 15" Rally in Kansas City on March 31, an initiative which encourages kids to read for 15 minutes a day for 15 weeks.
Brittany posted a photo of the massive crowd waiting to get inside the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City on Monday and wrote, "My guy doing good things 🥹🤍."
Earlier this month, Brittany, 29, and Mahomes celebrate their third wedding anniversary. While the couple first dating in high school, and got engaged in 2020, they didn't tie the knot until 2022.
Mahomes and Brittany got married at the Olowalu Plantation House in Maui, Hawaii. Sterling served as one of the flower girls while Mahomes' younger brother, Jackson Mahomes, was the best man.
