The Cleveland Browns had one of the greats in running back Nick Chubb on their roster for seven years.
That run came to an end on Monday after Chubb signed a one-year deal to join the Houston Texans. Cleveland sent off the four-time Pro Bowler with multiple goodbye messages.
"We want to take this opportunity to thank Nick Chubb for all he's done for the Cleveland Browns," owners Dee and Jimmy Haslam wrote in a statement. "For the last seven years, Nick gave everything he had to our fans, this organization and this city. ...
"Nick has always been about hard work and letting his play on the field do the talking for him. We are so grateful for the many moments he created on the field that we will never forget."
Cleveland's social media team put together a highlight video commemorating some of those great plays and moments, which it also posted to social media.

"Forever cemented in our history books," the team wrote on its official X account.
The Haslams indicated at the end of their message to Chubb that they planned to one day induct him into the Browns' Ring of Honor, which is akin to a franchise Hall of Fame.
Chubb certainly earned his place among the franchise greats after making trips to four Pro Bowls and posting 6,843 rushing yards along with 51 touchdowns on the ground over his seven-year career in Cleveland (85 games played, 78 starts). He also caught 128 passes for 1,042 receiving yards and five scores.
