The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are preparing for their most important game of the 18-week season - in Week 18.
With a win over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, the Bucs will win the NFC South for a fourth straight time and will earn their fifth consecutive trip to the postseason.
But they could be without some important pieces on the roster as they host the Saints.
Tampa Bay has been playing without safety Antoine Winfield Jr. for three weeks now, and might be without another cog in the secondary machine as corner Jamel Dean was held out of practice on Wednesday.
Dean suffered a knee injury in last week's win over Carolina and left the game early.
Winfield is also dealing with a knee injury and was held out of practice along with tight end Cade Otton, also with a knee injury, and fellow tight end Payne Durham, who is slowed by a quad injury.
Tight end Devin Culp (ribs), wide receiver Mike Evans (rest), defensive lineman William Gholston (knee), running back Bucky Irving (shoulder, shin), wide receiver Sterling Shepard (hamstring), and left tackle Tristan Wirfs (foot, knee) were all listed as limited participants in practice on Wednesday.
