After a few turkey-filled days off, the Boston Celtics will be back in action on Friday night for a game against the Chicago Bulls. The only member of the Celtics on the injury report is Luke Kornet, who has been dealing with a hamstring strain. He was out for the Celtics’ game against the Clippers on Monday night.
For the first time this season, Kristaps Porzingis is not listed on Boston’s injury report. He made his return to action against LA. Up to that point, he was out, still recovering from offseason surgery to repair a foot injury he sustained during the NBA Finals.
Chicago has a ton of players listed on their injury report heading into the game against Boston.
Patrick Williams will be out against the Celtics, marking the sixth game in a row he has missed due to a foot injury.
Coby White, Dalen Terry, and Jalen Smith are all questionable to play against Boston. White has a left wrist sprain, and Terry and Smith are both dealing with ankle ailments.
Lonzo Ball is probable to play as he continues to deal with a right wrist sprain. He has been getting on the court for the first time in over two years this season.
The Bulls have been playing a much more three-point-heavy style of offense this year, though their personnel isn’t the best at shooting from beyond the arc.
