The Boston Celtics continued their winning ways on Monday night with a win over the Atlanta Hawks. Combined with two wins over the Charlotte Hornets and one loss to the Indiana Pacers, their only defeat of the year, their four-game road trip ended in a 3-1 record. They are now 7-1 on the season.
On the other side of the country, the Golden State Warriors have been chugging along as well. An early-season injury that caused Stephen Curry to miss a few games was merely a blip on their rampage, as they have stormed out an impressive 6-1 start. Now, the two sides will square off for the first time this season.

Warriors injury report vs. Celtics on Wednesday, November 6

Kristaps Porzingis is still out for the Celtics. He’s not expected to return until around December (at least, that’s the date the team is targeting for his return). The Boston big man is still recovering from offseason surgery to repair a rare foot injury he suffered in the NBA Finals.
The notable name on Boston’s injury report is Jaylen Brown. He has missed the Celtics’ last two games, and his absence against the Warriors will mark his third.
Brown is dealing with a left hip flexor strain, which is reportedly had/will have a second MRI on after getting one over the summer.
Joe Mazzulla stated that neither he nor Brown is concerned with the injury, noting that the Celtics star will be day-to-day.
Sam Hauser is not on the injury report, however, which is an upgrade over recent games. He’s been dealing with back issues.
Meanwhile, on the Warriors’ side of things, De’Anthony Melton is the only player slated to miss their game against the Celtics. Like Hauser, he’s dealing with a back ailment.
Stephen Curry was on a minutes restriction in the Warriors’ last game, but according to head coach Steve Kerr, he should be good to go at full strength in Boston.
"Assuming he feels good tomorrow, I don't anticipate a big minutes restriction ... for Boston," Kerr said via NBC Sports Bay Area.

With Brown out, the Celtics have been rolling with double-big lineups. They played Luke Kornet against the Hornets and Neemias Queta against the Hawks. Based on who the Warriors play in their starting lineup, Kornet might make more sense:
