Josh Harris' purchase of the Washington Commanders isn't the only thing that has worked out.

It's a great time to be Washington Commanders owner Josh Harris.

The man who brought stability to Washington's NFL franchise has seen plenty of success with his other teams around the world. The Philadelphia 76ers have gained tyhe third overall pick in the NBA Draft Lottery, the New Jersey Devils reached the playoffs for the third straight year, and now his soccer team has reached new heights.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Harris' Crystal Palace Eagles won their first major trophy Sunday morning.

"As a general partner of the English football club the Crystal Palace Eagles, Harris was in London today to witness his club defeat Manchester City 1-0 to raise its first major trophy in its history, 164 years," Schefter said.

Perhaps Harris' biggest feat, though, has been his ability to turnaround the Commanders.

Before he bought the team from the controversial Dan Snyder, the Commanders were considered the most dysfunctional organization in football. They were under investigation by the House Oversight Committee, and had multiple accusations of improper workplace situations from anonymous employees.

By hiring the right people in Adam Peters and Dan Quinn, though, the Commanders have seen improvement almost overnight. Whether it was a nine-game swing from the year prior or their first appearance in the NFC Championship Game in 30 years, the Commanders have seen a positive turnaround.

And Harris is at the very top of reasons why.

Washington isn't the only team that is succeeding under Harris either.
