Cowboys Cheerleader Going Viral After MLB Appearance

Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Claire Wolford is receiving love on social media after sharing a photo at Opening Day to support her MLB boyfriend.

The Netflix behind-the-scenes docuseries, "America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders" was a glimpse into the lives of those who are an iconic part of the Dallas Cowboys' brand.

They perform at AT&T Stadium on Sundays and attend special events in the community, but many Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders still have full-time jobs and social lives of their own.

That is the case for Claire Wolford, who was a cheerleader for the Cowboys from 2020-2023. She announced a surprising end to her career before the 2024 season.

Wolford is a dance teacher, choreographer and podcast host in her free time since hanging up the dancing shoes.

She also watches Major League Baseball, where her boyfriend Colton Cowser is an outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles.

Wolford posted a photo of the two at Camden Yards after Baltimore's home opener this week.

The caption read: "Always so proud of you 🧡", to which Cowser commented "Your the best❤️"

Wolford, who has an army of 122,000 followers on Instagram, reconnected with many of her cheerleader friends in the comment section.

"This is perfectttt!!!!" one said.

"Awww cuteeee😍" said another.

A third wrote: "Sweetest ppl ❤️❤️❤️"

Cowser was absent from the lineup as he continues to nurse a thumb injury. Baltimore still got the win 8-5 over the Boston Red Sox.

He will make a return in approximately 6-8 weeks where he is expected to make a big difference for the O's.

25-year-old Cowser finished second in last year's AL Rookie of the Year race, and is one of the many talented youngsters Baltimore is building their future around.

Throughout his recovery, he will have unwavering support from his girlfriend Claire, who now has plenty of free time to attend Orioles games in another season following her retirement from "America's Team".
