On Monday night the Detroit Lions are hoping to exercise a few demons with a game against the San Francisco 49ers.

After falling to the 49ers in the NFC title game, head coach Dan Campbell made it clear he never wants that feeling again, but there's a valuable lesson in losses.

"Just like my second year in the league, we go to the Super Bowl and get smashed by Baltimore. I won't ever forget that either. So those stick with you," Campbell said Saturday, via ESPN. "We just didn't do enough. You learn from every experience. Unfortunately, that's the best way to learn is from the losses. It really is."

"...You don't want to go through that feeling again, and that means you have to prepare a certain way, you have to play a certain way, everything that you talk about, per that opponent, for that week, and it's as simple as that. This is the next opponent in front of us and just keep your cool, keep your composure, stay disciplined, do the little things that it takes to win a game, and it really is that simple."

While Campbell's sights are set on the 49ers, his wife has her eyes on the Minnesota Vikings, who defeated the Green Bay Packers on Sunday to set up a winner-take-the NFC-North-crown in the final game of the regular season.

On Sunday night Holly took to social media with a message for the Vikings.

"If we don't take back the North we'll never be safe. I want you to help me, but I'll do it myself if I have to," the quote in the post read.

Detroit and Minnesota will square off not only for the NFC North title, but the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoff race. The winner walks away with the No. 1 seed and a bye while the loser will take the No. 5 seed and be forced to go on the road.

Holly knows what is at stake.
