Days of Our Lives alum and former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna has signed on to a popular reality competition series, The Traitors. Peacock announced the cast members for the Emmy Award-winning series’ fourth season, which is currently underway in Scotland.
Rinna is joined by fellow Bravo and Housewives stars Porsha Williams (The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Candiace Dillard Bassett (The Real Housewives of Potomac), Dorinda Medley (former The Real Housewives of New York star and season three Traitors contestant), and Caroline Stanbury (The Real Housewives of Dubai), as well as Donna Kelce (mom to NFL stars Jason and Travis Kelce), actor Michael Rapaport, Colton Underwood (The Bachelor), Ian Terry (Big Brother), Mark Ballas (Dancing with the Stars), Tiffany Mitchell (Big Brother), Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho (Survivor), actor Ron Funches, Monét X Change (RuPaul’s Drag Race), Stephen Colletti (One Tree Hill), Kristen Kish (Top Chef), Maura Higgins (Love Island USA: Aftersun), Natalie Anderson (Survivor), K-pop singer-songwriter Eric Nam, Ron Rausch (Love Island USA), Rob Cesternino (Survivor), and Olympic figure skaters Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski.
Hosted by Alan Cumming, the series is based on the Dutch series De Verraders, which features 23 stars divided into two teams, the “Faithfuls” and the “Traitors,” competing to earn money for the grand prize.
During the series, the Faithfuls must figure out the Traitors’ identities and vote to bar them at the Round Table. The Traitors work privately every night to plot which of the Faithful they must “murder," or eliminate from the game; this allows them to get one step closer to winning the grand prize.
