Denise Richards revealed in shocking new court documents the horrifying abuse she allegedly experienced at the hands of her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, throughout their marriage.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, claimed in a filing obtained by Page Six Thursday that the former couple had a massive blowout in early July, which led them to call it quits for good.
Richards claimed that, on July 4, Phypers became “enraged” after she told him that he and his family had to move out of their marital home.
“Over the course of nearly two hours, Aaron repeatedly got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities including calling me a ‘c–t whore’ and a ‘piece of s–t’ and screaming at me, “nobody likes you,'” she alleged.
“Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly in an aggressive manner. I told Aaron repeatedly that he needed to stay away from me and that he was going to hurt me.”
The “Wild Things” star claimed Phypers’ angry behavior continued for two hours.
She alleged that the following day, on July 5, the Canadian actor returned to her townhouse and again “got within inches” of her face and began yelling expletives at her.
Richards claimed that Phypers also “violently hit the bill of [her] hat with the back of his hand,” causing it to fly off her head. “This caused me to be scared, terrified and fearful for my life,” she added before noting that he also allegedly threatened that she would “disappear” if she called the police.
The Bravo alum claimed her ex abused her throughout all six years of their marriage, but she hesitated to divorce him because he would often allegedly threaten to kill her or himself.
Richards claimed in the docs that Phypers owns eight unregistered guns.
She further alleged, “Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”
The “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star also included in her filing shocking images of her battered and bruised. She requested a restraining order against her estranged husband as a result, and it has since been granted.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards earlier this month, citing July 4 — the day of their big fight as their date of separation — and “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
He asked the court to grant him spousal support, claiming he had “no income” and that he and his Hollywood actress ex relied solely on her $250,000-a-month income to stay afloat.
Page Six could not immediately reach Phypers for comment on Richards’ abuse claims, but he told Us Weekly Thursday the allegations are “not true” and “conjured up” before claiming, “I have the real evidence.”
