There are currently seven Los Angeles Dodgers players in a prime position to move on to the final round of voting for the 2025 All-Star Game.
Will Smith has garnered the most votes among National League catchers with 2,099,944, per the latest update on Monday. Freddie Freeman is leading NL first baseman with 2,095,672 votes, with Pete Alonso of the New York Mets behind him.
Shohei Ohtani is the favorite to be the designated hitter for the NL All-Star team as he currently has 2,521,718 votes. Newly-acquired San Francisco Giants star Rafael Devers trails Ohtani with 1,103,085 votes.
Tommy Edman and Mookie Betts have the second-most votes among NL second basemen and shortstops, respectively. Ketel Marte of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Mets’ Francisco Lindor currently have the lead.
San Diego Padres star Manny Machado and Max Muncy currently occupy the top two spots for NL third baseman. Machado has a sizable lead over Muncy with 1,683,022 votes.
The top six outfielders advance with Teoscar Hernandez currently in the third spot. Pete Crow-Armstrong, Kyle Tucker, Ronald Acuña Jr, Juan Soto, and Corbin Carroll are also among top NL outfielders.
