The Philadelphia Eagles are one win away from hoisting the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LIX, set to face the Kansas City Chiefs.

Eagles Announce Saquon Barkley News Before Super Bowl LIX

Philadelphia has been dominant all season, and much of their success has come behind running back Saquon Barkley.

Barkley has been the workhorse of the Eagles' offense, helping Philadelphia become one of the most efficient scoring teams in the NFL in just his first year with the organization.

After six years with the New York Giants, Barkley packed his bags for Philadelphia, and it seems to have been a match made in heaven.

Before the Eagles enter Super Bowl LIX, Barkley was named the Toyota Player of the Year.

In the Eagles' Divisional Round victory over the Los Angeles Rams, Barkley posted two touchdowns and 205 yards on 26 carries. He also delivered an incredible performance in the Wild Card round against the Green Bay Packers, recording 119 yards on 25 carries.

Those two matches led were followed by a three touchdown, 118-yard performance in the NFC Championship Game against the Washington Commanders.

The Toyota Player of the Year is an accumulated award from the Eagles' championship run. Each week, an Eagles player was voted Toyota Player of the Week, and at the end of the season, ahead of the Super Bowl, fans voted for their Toyota Player of the Year.

Following the win for Barkley, each fan is entered into a raffle to win a Toyota.

After celebrating the news, Barkley and the Eagles will prepare for a matchup against the Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

The Eagles are set to face the Chiefs on Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
