While Graham didn't offer any specific names, he said that the perceived misplacement of coaches may have led to the Eagles' early playoff exit in January. He also praised new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, who was hired on Jan. 27 after mutually agreeing to part ways with the Miami Dolphins after just one season.

The Eagles fired Sean Desai from his post as defensive coordinator and said goodbye to senior defensive assistant Matt Patricia and offensive coordinator Brian Johnson as well.

Philadelphia is entering its third straight season with new offensive and defensive coordinators, as they tabbed Kellen Moore to work with a stacked offense that now includes former New York Giants star running back Saquon Barkley.

Following the Eagles' run to an appearance in Super Bowl LVII, both former coordinators Shane Steichen and Jonathan Gannon landed their first jobs as a head coach. Steichen led the Indianapolis Colts to a 9-8 record and near-playoff berth, while Gannon went 4-13 with the Arizona Cardinals.

For the second consecutive regular season, Philadelphia struggled down the stretch in 2023 before ultimately losing in the tournament.

The team started last season 5-0 and 10-1 yet finished the year by dropping five of its final six entering the playoffs. The Eagles were crushed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road in the wild-card round, 32-9.
