The relationship between Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni has attracted a lot of attention over the last few months, and the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback seemingly leaned into the chatter on Wednesday.
The Eagles are coming off their bye week, and Hurts on Wednesday discussed how he spent his time off.
Interestingly, the quarterback said he spent some quality time working with Sirianni, saying the two had some “great moments” together.
It’s an intriguing comment from Hurts, who is the type to be very careful with what he says publicly. He is undoubtedly aware of the reports that he and Sirianni have had a frosty relationship at times, and that such whispers are not great for the team.
Hurts has yet to really take off this season, with four passing touchdowns and four interceptions through four games. The 2-2 Eagles are still looking for their best form as well, in part due to a lot of injuries to key offensive players.
