All the ladies of Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are currently single. These diamonds are busy with their careers and families, but looking for love is still a possibility. Although on Season 14, Erika Jayne shared that fans won’t see the ladies out on the town, looking for eligible dates.
Erika Jayne says “it would be nice to date”
I don’t know what is in the water on RHOBH, but nearly all of the marriages have collapsed. Even former cast member Teddi Mellencamp and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, are getting a divorce. Maybe there is a marriage curse after all?
For now, Erika isn’t entertaining the thought of marriage. “I don’t feel that that’s where I’m at,” Erika said. “I have a lot of work to do and I really just want to be successful on my own.” That is a valid point.
Last season, viewers watched Sutton Stracke go on some awkward first dates. So, why don’t we see the RHOBH ladies dating up a storm? “We don’t really see that this season with any of us,” Erika told US Weekly. “We’re all so self-obsessed. What can I say? I mean, I am out here living my life.” She added, “It would be nice to date and to do fun things.”
And if you are interested in dating Erika, she needs some mental stimulation. “You got to be intelligent,” Erika explained, “and you have to be able to have a conversation. I need a good conversation.” She also doesn’t want to chat via text. “I need to know that you are an intelligent human being that can have a back-and-forth conversation. Please,” she stated. As you may recall, Erika filed for divorce in 2020 from former embattled attorney Tom Girardi. Erika previously shared that Tom was allegedly unfaithful during their marriage. Their divorce is still pending.
Among the cast, Erika claimed that Sutton is “the matchmaker.” Erika continued, “Garcelle [Beauvais] knows everybody, by the way … she’s not helping us out. Sutton is on the apps.” The singer added, “I mean, I’m just now feeling like I’m healthy enough to go out and be myself and not crumble. No, we’re single. We’re out here.”
While Erika discussed filming Season 14, she said, “For once, I had a good time.” As for how she is navigating the broken friendship between Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. She is trying to be Switzerland and hoping that the former friends work everything out.
