George Kittle played a key role for the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday as they scored a crucial road win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium, 23-20.
It was Kittle's go-ahead touchdown with seven minutes remaining in the game that helped lead the Niners to a win. The two-time All-Pro tight end finished with three catches for 57 yards and one clutch TD.
After the win, Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews caught up with Kittle for his postgame interview. The five-time Pro Bowler took the opportunity to heap praise on teammate Jake Moody, who ended up scoring a 44-yard game-winning field goal for the Niners.
Among other things, Kittle also pointed out how big Christian McCaffrey's return from injury was for San Francisco as the All-Pro running back brought back his "elite aura" upon his return.
Kittle's postgame interview has turned heads on social media, with the above clip already amassing over 200,000 views as of writing.
One fan, in particular, could not help but comment on Andrews' appearance. The Fox Sports reporter caught wind of the fan praising her for her "glow," which prompted a brutally honest admission from Andrews.
"It’s full blown sweat. In need of a shower," Andrews wrote on X.
Apparently, the "glow" that was noticed by the fan was not brought about by a fancy moisturizer or anything like that. As Andrews revealed, it was nothing more than full-blown sweat.
Last week, Andrews battled through adverse weather conditions during Fox's coverage of the rain-drenched game between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers. This time around, it was the humidity in Tampa that the 46-year-old sportscaster had to deal with.
On both occasions, however, Andrews still remained professional and did her job well -- just as she does every single week.
