The heat is rising once again as ‘Fire Country’ returns for its highly anticipated third season on Sky Witness and NOW this July.

Starring Max Thieriot (SEAL Team) as Bode Leone, the series follows a young convict who joined a prison-release firefighting programme in Northern California in exchange for a shorter sentence. Over two seasons, viewers have watched Bode battle not only wildfires but also his own personal demons, alongside a team of elite Cal Fire firefighters.

Now a free man, Season 3 sees Bode continuing his journey toward redemption while still facing the ferocious flames that threaten his small hometown. But with freedom comes new challenges – and the stakes have never been higher.

The season kicks off with a bang (quite literally) as Episode 1 opens at Gabriela and Diego’s wedding, where a dramatic helicopter crash throws the celebrations into chaos. With fires raging and lives at risk, the team must leap into action in true Cal Fire style.

Joining Thieriot are returning cast members Kevin Alejandro (Lucifer) as Manny Perez, Jordan Calloway (Black Lightning) as Jake Crawford, Stephanie Arcila (Penny Dreadful: City of Angels) as Gabriela Perez, Jules Latimer (Guilty Party) as Eve Edwards, Diane Farr (Rescue Me) as Sharon Leone, and Billy Burke (Revolution) as Vince Leone.

The drama was set to air on Sky in early 2025, but it was moved due to the fires in LA at the time of the originally planned time of broadcast.

‘Fire Country’ is produced by CBS Studios, with executive producers Tony Phelan, Joan Rater, Tia Napolitano, Max Thieriot, Jerry Bruckheimer, and KristieAnne Reed (Lucifer). The series is distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution.
