Former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is getting back to his roots at his new gig.
Vrabel, who was fired by the Titans following a tumultuous 6-11 campaign in 2023, was hired by the Cleveland Browns as a coaching and personnel consultant in March. While his role in Cleveland will obviously be much different than his previous job, Vrabel is still enjoying jumping in drills with his new group of players.

Vrabel has never been afraid to get his hands dirty. Whether it was holding a hitting pad or banging out some pre-game pushups, Vrabel has always had a hands on approach when it comes to coaching up his players.

It's refreshing to see Vrabel still out there running around in OTAs as players familiarize themselves with his style. Though he was unable to land a head coaching gig in this past cycle, Vrabel is likely to land on his feet following the 2024 season.
Although it's nice to see Vrabel doing some of the same fun exercises he once did with the Titans, both he and the Titans are likely to benefit from a change of scenery.
