Jordan Love could use another weapon and the Green Bay Packers are widely expected to target one for him in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft. There is even a belief that the Packers could target a wide receiver with their first round pick at No. 23 overall or even trade up for one.
Brian Gutekunst has been very vocal about wanting to compete for a championship. Bringing in a top-tier weapon for Love would be a big step in that direction.
With that being said, there are a few intriguing options that Green Bay could consider. Most recently, they brought in a dynamic 26-touchdown prospect for a top-30 visit.
Green Bay Packers Showing Interest in Huge Addition of 26-TD Weapon for Jordan Love
Aaron Nagler of Cheesehead TV has reported that the Packers brought in Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan for a visit with the draft just nine days away.
That report is notable, as Gutekunst happened to be the only NFL general manager at McMillan’s Pro Day. He clearly already has interest in the Arizona standout weapon.
During his career with the Wildcats, McMillan racked up 213 total receptions for 3,423 yards and 26 touchdowns. Those numbers average out to 16.1 yards per reception.
Giving Love a weapon like McMillan could turn out to be the best weapon he’s ever had. McMillan comes with concerns, but the talent alone would make him tough to pass on if Green Bay has a chance to get him.
Expect to her the Packers connected to McMillan more as the draft draws closer. Bringing him in for a visit shows that Green Bay does have some level of interest in him.
