The Browns have suffered this season from numerous injuries early on that derailed the playoff hopes in Cleveland.
But that's not all they've suffered from.
The team has also suffered from terrible quarterback play across the last 15 games. That includes Deshaun Watson, Jameis Winston and now Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who helped take losses against the Chiefs in Week 15 and the Bengals on Sunday.
DTR completed 20 of 34 passes for 157 yards and no touchdowns on Sunday, and he added two interceptions. The second-year quarterback threw three against the Chiefs in week before.
It's hard to hide and even overcome a performance like that, but it's something the Browns fans have become accustomed to over the past 25 years.
Adam "The Bull" Gerstenhaber also saw DTR play the past two weeks and has a brutal take about the quarterback.
“What can I say? DTR has thrown five picks in 68 passes and no touchdowns. He’s not very good. It seems pretty obvious the Browns need a long-term answer at the position. I’m 99.9 percent certain it’s not DTR,” Gerstenhaber said.
DTR has appeared in 13 NFL games the past two seasons and made four starts. He's 95-of-180 for a 52.8 completion percentage and has thrown for 697 yards with one touchdown and nine interceptions.
Either Thompson-Robinson needs some coaching help to improve his game or he's just simply not the guy.
The Browns are looking for long-term answers. And with Thompson-Robinson, they may be looking in the wrong place.
