Brittany Cartwright is trying to live her best life. The Valley star is going through a divorce from Jax Taylor. The former Vanderpump Rules stars share a son, Cruz. While Brittany shared in February 2024 that they were separated, she eventually filed for divorce in August 2024. Pump Rules fans witnessed the former couple’s relationship highs and terrible lows on their way to the altar.
Brittany Cartwright is embracing the single life
Right now, Brittany and Jax are focusing on co-parenting their son, which seems to be a bit stressful at the moment. “[Jax] is a great father. He’s just a terrible husband, so I’d never want to take Cruz away from him or anything like that,” she previously explained. Still, their co-parenting situation doesn’t sound like smooth sailing. “We’re okay, we’re co-parenting. That’s the most important thing,” Brittany shared recently. “Other than that, it is what it is.” Sounds amazing!
However, Brittany has been on the dating scene. She even allegedly hooked up with Jax’s friend, Julian Sensley. You go, girl! I’m here for it. I mean, Jax certainly put Brittany through the wringer during their relationship.
According to The Daily Dish, Brittany recently posted a video with her friend, Michelle Lally, in her Instagram Stories. She captioned the video, “When you’re finally single but your girl is all boo’d up [Michelle Saniei Lally].” As you may recall, Michelle started seeing Aaron Nosler after her divorce from Jesse Lally played out on Season 1 of The Valley.
Meanwhile, fans will see a single Brittany and Jax on Season 2 of The Valley. I’m not sure how Jax will feel about Brittany being unbothered and dating. Something tells me that he will have a tough time grappling with that scenario.
The Valley is streaming on Peacock.
