Aaron Glenn coached often at Lambeau Field during his time as the Detroit Lions defensive coordinator, but Saturday will mark his first game in the legendary stadium as an NFL head coach.
Glenn's New York Jets will be facing the Green Bay Packers on Saturday as each team kicks off its preseason. Jets fans will be eager to see Glenn in action, as well as newly signed starting quarterback Justin Fields.
Glenn announced Thursday his starters would see the field Saturday. He also noted their level of participation would depend on the success they enjoy during the game.
Meanwhile, Matt LaFleur is also planning to play his starters during the contest. That will give Packers fans an early look at how Jordan Love is connecting with rookie receiver Matthew Golden, who became in April the first receiver drafted by the Packers in the first round since Javon Walker in 2002.
