"I feel normal now, finally." - Young Saints playmaker makes important reveal that means he could have a change in fortune soon

The New Orleans Saints offense is feeling and looking a bit different under head coach Kellen Moore. One of their young weapons on that side of the ball may have an advantage he's never had before in his NFL career this season as well.

Kendre Miller is the healthiest he's ever been in NFL

The Saints backup running back is gleaming with hope so far in training camp. He made an admission to media this weekend following practice. Miller believes that he is the most healthy he's been since entering the league.

Miller has been banged up seemingly constantly so far in his two years with New Orleans. He's played in just fourteen games over the course of those two years. In those games, Miller has averaged 3.8 yards per carry. He's also shown a strong ability in the receiving game, too.

#Saints RB Kendre Miller said this is the healthiest he has been since entering the league. He has put in a lot of work in the offseason and got his body back right. "I feel great right now." Said he is leaner now and expects to play around 215-218 lbs. this year.

The young RB's physical ability and talent have never really been in question during his time in the pros. His availability is the one hurdle he's yet to leap over, but the Saints (and Miller) are hoping that this season is where he proves he can stay available.

If Miller can, that would be a huge lift for veteran RB Alvin Kamara. He shouldered a massive workload last season, and New Orleans would love to lighten that this year to keep him fresh and healthy. Miller's impact will be paramount for the depth along the Saints offensive unit under Kellen Moore.
