Jared Goff's wife, Christen Goff, couldn't be happier after witnessing the Detroit Lions destroy the Jacksonville Jaguars during their Week 11 showdown on Sunday.
The Jaguars were simply no match for Jared Goff and the Lions, who got off to a strong start and never looked back. Detroit led Jacksonville 28-6 in the first half, and the team piled on more misery in the second half, going 24-0 en route to the 52-6 victory.
Goff was sensational as usual, completing 24 of his 29 passes for 412 yards and four touchdowns without an interception. The 30-year-old signal-caller made history, becoming the only QB ever to record multiple games with at least 400 passing yards and a passer rating of 158.3, per The Athletic.
After the game, Christen Goff took to her Instagram Stories to celebrate the victory. While sharing a photo of her husband doing his postgame interview, she wrote, "LIONS WIN!!"
To be fair, Christen Goff has every reason to celebrate and be happy. Not only did her husband make history, but the Lions also handed the Jaguars the worst loss in franchise history.
Not to mention, Detroit has now won eight games in a row and has established itself as the best team in the NFC and probably the NFL.
Indeed, it's a great day to be a Lions fan.
