After winning their last two games without starting quarterback Dak Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys were back in action in Week 14 as they took on the Cincinnati Bengals at AT&T Stadium on "Monday Night Football."
Before the game, ESPN held its weekly "Monday Night Countdown," a pregame show before every MNF contest starring Scott Van Pelt, former Pittsburgh Steelers star Ryan Clark, ex-Cowboys defensive end Marcus Spears and Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce.
Kelce, who is in his first year on the show, has become one of the more exciting personalities on ESPN with his wild takes and acts before each MNF contest. And that continued prior to the Cowboys-Bengals battle.
As the cameras panned to a shot of the stadium in Arlington, Texas, Kelce showed his clear opinion of the Cowboys with yet another insane phrase that left even his coworkers in shock.
"Also, the butthole in our pit of America," Kelce said of Dallas.
This had the rest of the crew screaming "Woah" and "Hey, hey."
"It was a joke," Kelce reassured them.
Kelce spent 13 seasons with the Eagles from 2011-2023, retiring after last season. He saw the Cowboys, arguably Philadephia's biggest rival, twice a season and, just like many members of the Eagles, has no love for Jerry Jones and his team.
The former center helped lead the Eagles to its only Super Bowl win in team history and was named a six-time first-team All-Pro.
Just a few months after announcing his retirement, Kelce signed with ESPN on a multi-year deal as an analyst of "Monday Night Countdown.
