"Lmao [Laugh My Ass Off]," Burton wrote on Instagram. "Be FR [for real]."

ITAN Properties LLC filed the civil suit on Feb. 6. This isn't the first time Burton has been evicted.

He was also evicted and sued for $2,506.33 by Radius Acquisition LLC on Dec. 23, 2024.

The Bengals took Burton in the third round (80th overall) in the 2024 NFL Draft. He had a disappointing rookie campaign, finishing with just four catches for 107 yards in 14 games.

The 23-year-old was a healthy inactive for multiple games as a rookie, including a November matchup against the Raiders. He didn't play against Las Vegas after being a "no call, no show" for a Saturday walkthrough.

Burton was also accused of assault on Dec. 30. No charges were filed.

The 23-year-old has spent the past few weeks in Cincinnati.
