Bachelor Nation fans saw Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan meet on Season 24 of “The Bachelor.”

Bachelor Nation's Jason Tartick & Kelley Flanagan Spark Dating Rumors: What We Know

While Kelley and Peter didn’t end up together at the end of the show, they started dating after filming but then called it quits after about three years of being on and off.

Since then, Kelley has been keeping fans updated with her life on social media and recently shared some advice for her followers in a Q&A.

During a recent IG Q&A, a fan asked Kelley if she had advice for young women who feel pressures of societal timelines.

Kelley shared that she loves this question and wrote, “My advice? Go easy on yourself. Statistically women are settling down at a later age so it’s not just you, it’s the new norm! Times have changed and for the first time in history, women can finally build independent lives and real success on their own. Back in the ’70s, women couldn’t even own homes without a man. They were fully reliant on male partners: financially and socially.”

The Bachelor Nation star continued, saying, “But our generation? We’re rewriting the rules. Women are thriving in their careers, building wealth, starting businesses, and doing it without waiting for a relationship to validate their worth. And because of that, we’re no longer settling just because we have to. We’re waiting until it feels right. We’re prioritizing compatibility, shared values, and actual joy over status, pressure, or convenience.”

Kelley shared that choosing a life partner is the “biggest decision you’ll ever make” and choosing the wrong person can be draining mentally, physically, and emotionally.

She encouraged her followers not to rush things or settle for the wrong person.

Instead, she said to “focus on leveling up in every area of your life: your health, career, friendships, passions. Build your dream life first. Find your people. Create your own community before anyone else enters the picture.”

We couldn’t agree more, and we love this advice. We know Kelley sharing so openly will help others.
