The James Mae founder took to her Instagram account, where she posted a super-fun and intimate photo of her and Luke celebrating their big news. In the picture, Kristen can be seen (rightfully) showing off her custom-designed engagement ring (more on that later), biting her finger, while staring into the camera. Luke stood behind her in the photo, shirtless, wearing a "Future Mr." banner across his chest and smirking.
"Entering my ex-girlfriend era," Kristen wrote in the caption of the photo, citing Luke's sister, Elise, and her partner as the creators of the brilliant caption. She, honestly, could not look any more excited or focused to enter this new chapter in her life.

Kristen has all of the reasons to show off her absolutely stunning engagement ring that Luke proposed to her with. Longtime Vanderpump Rules friend and jewelry designer, Kyle Chan, helped Luke in coming up with the design for the 4.27 carat Emerald cut diamond ring, set in 14K white gold.
Kyle took to his Instagram account over the weekend, where he showed a closer look at the ring "with [a] hidden natural white diamond halo setting." "Represents the love around the center diamond, 'Kristen'," he wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
It's safe to say that Kristen herself cannot get over her newest accessory. "Out of all the fish in the sea, you chose me," Kristen wrote in the caption of the Instagram post, announcing her engagement. "(And thank you to our bestie [Kyle Chan] for creating the most beautiful ring!)"

Kristen told Us Weekly that the engagement to Luke was a "total surprise." The couple had been on a sunset cruise in Maui, when Luke told Kristen to "keep an eye out for dolphins." It was here where Luke got down on one knee and asked Kristen the big question.
"I knew from the moment we met that Luke was my person," she told the publication. "I am so excited to continue this journey together, now as fiancés."
