The RHOBH cast member gave new insight into where she stands with Sutton Stracke after Season 14..
Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke have had their ups and downs throughout their friendship. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members are no strangers to being close one day and feuding the next, but according to Kyle, they are "good" now.
Kyle appeared on an Amazon Live stream on April 8, where she addressed where she stands with Sutton today, following RHOBH Season 14. "Sutton and I are good," she admitted. "We are."
However, she admitted that she was left upset by some of Sutton's comments during the season. "I mean, I was definitely disappointed by some things, no doubt," Kyle added. "But we're good. What can I say?"
Sutton Stracke opens up about the last time she saw Kyle Richards
In a conversation with Us Weekly on April 23, Sutton opened up about her friendship with Kyle. During the interview, she admitted that they have not seen each other since filming the RHOBH Season 14 reunion. But, everyone in the cast has been so busy traveling and doing their own thing since then.
"Kyle's been really busy," she said. "I haven't seen her since the reunion. I've been really busy... so I'll see after I get back to Los Angeles."
How Kyle Richards got clarity on her friendship with Sutton Stracke
Kyle admitted that going on a trip to Sutton's hometown of Augusta, Georgia, during RHOBH Season 14, Episode 11, provided some major clarity for her towards her friend and their dynamic, especially after she saw Sutton interact with her mom, Reba. T
Kyle opened up about this during an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show. "I remember when Sutton was opening her store and she just really wanted validation from her mom and wasn't getting it," Kyle explained. "So, just hearing, 'I'm proud of you' [from Reba] meant so much to Sutton. I can't imagine what that does psychologically, and if you can't get that love and affection from home, you would want it somewhere."
This made things click for Kyle. "I don't know, I just all of a sudden made a lot of excuses for the things she has done," Kyle continued. "She's someone who needs validation. Or attention, maybe."
