Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, have called it quits, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
“We recently ended our engagement,” Hochstein, 58, tells us Wednesday. “I have decided to move forward with my life.”
Despite the split, the Miami-based plastic surgeon wishes the Austrian model, 29, “nothing but the best.”
“I have nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family,” he says, adding that he is “proud of her growth as a woman.”
Hochstein makes sure to note that he “will be forever grateful for the time [they] spent together.”
Mazepa echoes the sentiments, telling us she and Hochstein “mutually decided to end [their] engagement last month” and that it was done “amicably.”
“While we both cherished our time together, we have decided to move forward independently,” she shares.
“I have nothing but gratitude in my heart for the beautiful two years we spent together,” she continues, going on to say that she will keep their “treasured and beautiful memories in [her] heart forever.”
Mazepa describes Hochstein as “a wonderful person” and wishes “him and his family nothing but the best.”
Confirmation of the pair’s breakup comes shortly after she posted a video on her Instagram Story that showed her sans engagement ring and seemingly almost kissing a blond mystery man, according to a screenshot obtained by @bravoandcocktails_.
“You jump I jump,” she wrote atop the since-deleted clip, which was taken on the stern of a boat. “They say all we need in life might just be a little… push 😇.”
However, Page Six is told Mazepa’s split from Hochstein is unrelated to the footage and that a kiss between the parties in the video was not shared.
Hochstein proposed to the brunette beauty in July 2023 in Ibiza, Spain, after only a year of dating — even though he was still technically married to “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein.
“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever. ♾,” Mazepa captioned her Instagram announcement at the time, which included footage of the moment Lenny popped the question.
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa, 42, in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage.
The Bravolebrity has consistently alleged that Lenny cheated on her with Mazepa, which he has always vehemently denied.
