Lions News: DE Marcus Davenport eager to make his mark

   

There has been a lot of talk about the Detroit Lions’ offseason over the course of the spring and summer months. Lost in a lot of that chatter has been the addition of defensive end Marcus Davenport to a front that is looking to be a lot better in 2024 than they were in 2023. Justin Rogers wrote about how Davenport has been more than ready for the season to get here on the Detroit Football Network.

“I really have no patience,” Davenport said of his yearning for football to be back. “Sometimes I think that’s my downfall, but it also drives me. I’m really lucky there are people here I can trust to help manage me and keep me cool.”
