Lisa Vanderpump Reveals RHOBH Moment That Made Her ‘The Maddest’

Lisa Vanderpump was a fixture on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for nine seasons. She brought grace, elegance, and tons of floral decor to the franchise. However, amid Dorit Kemsley’s “puppy gate” scandal, her then-bestie, Kyle Richards, accused her of leaking tabloid stories about Dorit. Of course, Lisa denied it, but Kyle refused to believe her. Finally, Lisa decided to exit the franchise and skipped the Season 9 reunion.

Lisa Vanderpump was most mad on RHOBH with Kyle Richards

Recently, Lisa spoke with PEOPLE and was asked to share her emotions. When the topic of rage came up, Lisa paused. “Bloody hell. When was the last time I felt rage? When housewives say something about me that’s not true,” Lisa said, clenching her fists. “On housewives, when you’re trying to say, ‘Well, hold on a second. Listen to me.’ And nobody will listen.” That must be every day.

She continued, “I think maybe that’s when I’ve been the maddest. I think when I told Kyle to get the f out of my house. At this point, after years of doing reality, you just got to live your life. You’ve got to be authentic.” It seemed very authentic when Lisa’s husband, Ken Todd, bellowed, “Goodbye Kyle!” as she departed Villa Rosa. Plus, seeing Lisa so distraught over being called a liar was difficult. That was the end of her longtime friendship with Kyle.

Lisa added, “And was I authentically pissed off? Yes, I was. Did I show it? Yes, I did. No regrets.”

While Lisa doesn’t regret throwing Kyle out of her home, there are some RHOBH alums that she would like to reconnect with. Former housewives Yolanda Hadid, Adrienne Maloof, and Denise Richards made the cut, as did Taylor Armstrong, Camille Grammer, and Carlton Gebbia. Missing from the list were Kyle, Dorit, and Erika Jayne. That’s not shocking.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
