Mauricio Shares a Look at His Life Apart from Kyle — & It Includes a Career Achievement

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband is doing some major things in Europe right now.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been busy doing their own things apart from one another since they first announced that they were separating last year.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers watched as Kyle and Mauricio worked through their issues on Season 13 and came to terms with their own identities after being married for nearly 27 years. Mauricio, for his part, is now expanding his real estate empire, The Agency, with two brand new offices in Europe, as seen in the photos down below.

Mauricio Umansky opened The Agency's new office in Portugal

Mauricio took to Instagram this week, where he posted a number of photos of him in Portugal, living his best life. In a "photo dump" posted to his main feed, Mauricio can be seen standing in front of the very scenic coast, along with a number of gorgeous photos of the stunning Atlantic scenery. Kyle liked this post, but did not leave a comment.

Mauricio was in Portugal celebrating the launch of The Agency's two brand new offices there — The Agency Cascais and The Agency Vilamoura. These offices join the already existing European locations in Casa Blanca North, Lisbon, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Netherlands. 

 

The real estate agent and dad of three then took to his Instagram Story, where he posted two photos of him standing outside of The Agency's newest office — a sweet, simple selfie of him wearing sunglasses, and another with standing on the red carpet, giving two big thumbs up. Mauricio let the photos speak for themselves, but did admit in a later Story that he had "been on the road now for two weeks."

"Our decision to enter the vibrant markets of Cascais and Vilamoura reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our global clientele," Mauricio said in a statement to The Agency Journal. "This expansion marks an exciting chapter in The Agency's journey, and we look forward to continuing to feed the demand around the world for a luxury brand like The Agency, especially in highly sought-after markets in Europe."

Mauricio Umansky moved out of his and Kyle's Encino home

Mauricio's galavanting across Europe over the past two weeks comes on the heels of the news that he moved out of his shared Encino home with Kyle to a new house, on his own, in West Hollywood. Kyle opened up about this in a May 14 episode of The Bitch Bible podcast. "That was weird," she said.
