The Dallas Cowboys have had quite a disappointing season, heading into Week 18 with a 7-9 record.
Cowboys star Micah Parsons has been vocal about his frustrations with the Cowboys this season, but he recently took the time to discuss the broader NFL landscape.
In a recent episode of "The Edge with Micah Parsons," the defensive star revealed his pick for the NFL MVP award.
While Parsons credited Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen for their success during the 2024 season, he believes Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is "without a doubt" this year's MVP.
Parsons credited Burrow for turning things around for the Bengals, which had a rough start at 1-4 to ending the season with a possible playoff berth.
"He, without a doubt, should be MVP," Parsons said. "He looks unstoppable... You can ask anybody on the team. We said Joe Burrow was the best quarterback in the national football league this year... So, when it comes to MVP, he's there."
Burrow currently stands at No. 1 in the NFL in passing touchdowns, No. 1 in passing yards and No. 3 in QBR.
The former No. 1 overall pick has recorded 42 touchdowns and 4,641 yards with a 76.7 QBR. He's had success at an efficient pace, throwing just eight interceptions with a 69.8 completion percentage.
Burrow and the Bengals currently stand at 8-8 on the season, riding a four-game win streak. Cincinnati is currently third in the AFC North, but it still has a 6% chance to punch its ticket to the postseason.
Their final game of the season, in Week 18, will be played against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Jan. 4 at 8 p.m. ET.
The Bengals enter the game against the Steelers as a 1.5-point favorite, per ESPN BET.
