National media analyst blindly takes aim at New Orleans Saints head coach Kellen Moore for a ridiculous reason

The offseason is filled with bad takes. There's an entire Twitter/X account nominated for them.

One of the recent public opinions on New Orleans Saints head coach Kellen Moore is laughable and just, plain disrespectful.

Kellen Moore's careful word choice made it clear Saints could be done with Derek Carr

Skip Bayless disrespects Kellen Moore

"I’m here to tell you, he’s a nice guy who isn’t remotely qualified to be the Saints’ head coach. I hope I’m wrong for the Saints sake. But all I can say to you after you hosted the Super Bowl New Orleans, good luck with Kellen Moore."

''Are you kidding me...Kellen Moore? Yeah, he can call plays, but he has zero charisma. Nice guy, but zero personality.''

-- Skip Bayless

I mean, do I really need to even break it down? This sort of argument holds no weight and doesn't even deserve to be listened to on national airwaves. That being said, that's the reality.

Some coaches, including a young one like Moore, may catch strays that have nothing to do with their actual coaching abilities.

Keep in mind- Nick Sirianni, the head coach who just won a Super Bowl alongside Moore, has been perceived as a "heel" and hard to get along with by plenty of media pundits.

Kevin O'Connell, the latest Coach of the Year award winner, has priorly been seen as a coach who lacks much emotion or drive to push his players forward. Neither of those characteristics were true.

All in all, it is clear that there will be doubt regarding Moore's abilities, even if those issues do not arise from on-field success or anything a former coach or player of his say. We will see if New Orleans made the smart decision in the coming years.
