FRISCO - Good news for Dallas Cowboys fans who can't stand the long wait until the debut of Brian Schottenheimer: Season 1 ...

On June 18 comes America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Season 2.

The successful docuseries that landed on Netflix's Top 10 a year ago is back for another run. Season 1 garnered 2.3 million views in its first four days on the streaming network.

Season 2 is back with seven new 60-minute episodes.

Most of the usual suspects are back, headed by director Kelli Finglass and choreographer Judy Trammel. Also returning is cheerleader favorite Reece Weaver, who became a star of last season's run. Season 2 reportedly will capture her wedding to boyfriend Will.

“We’re really excited that there’s a lot of new girls," Weaver says in the trailer. "Every year, the talent just gets better and better and better. We’ve always been told there’s 100 other girls who want to do this job.”

Long before the football team stumbled to a 5-12 record, the cheerleaders wowed audiences both their form of athleticism and commitment. Fans of the show were fixated on veteran Armani Latimer's battle with Alopecia and the paltry pay earned by team members.

This year's squad will perform live at AT&T Stadium for the Cowboys' regular-season  home opener Sept. 14.
