Super Bowl media week is plenty of fun for many teams around the NFL. Even without the New Orleans Saints in the big game, some of their former and current players are both garnering attention on social media.
Future hall of famer Drew Brees has been making the rounds, and he recently interacted with some other Saints legends.
Brees meets with Morstead and Bush
The legendary quarterback spent some time with former Saints punter Thomas Morstead. The latter was a special teams fan favorite and Pro Bowl level talent as New Orleans' punter.
On Kay Adams' show, Up & Adams, Brees talked ball with Reggie Bush. The former NFL star RB had a strong take on a coaching future with Brees, potentially.
Brees/Bush NFL coaching duo?
Bush believes in Brees as a future NFL head coach. He also would want to coach with him as well. Brees confirmed that he would have coaching interest alongside Bush, too.
The former running back wants to see even more former players coaching in the league.
He thinks that he and Brees could be quite the dynamic duo in that department sometime in the future.
We will see if that comes to fruition at some point. Saints fans would probably clamor for an opportunity to see them both in black and gold again, this time patrolling the sidelines and calling the shots.
