Over the next few hours, Roseman will sign undrafted free agents to fill out the Eagles’ 90-man roster. Since the draft class had a lot of depth at running back, tight end, defensive tackle and edge rusher, the Eagles could add some good talent.

Philadelphia has a good track record of developing UDFAs into key contributors, including running back Corey Clement in 2017 and linebacker T.J. Edwards in 2019. Most recently, Eagles cornerback Eli Ricks made the team in 2023 as an undrafted free agent.

Who could be next?

Here are the reported Eagles’ undrafted free signings:

BJ Mayes, CB, Texas A&M

Mayes, who ranked fourth in the SEC last year with four interceptions, has signed with the Eagles, according to Draft Diamonds.

Although he has good size, Mayes might not be athletic enough to stick in the NFL. He put up poor numbers for the vertical jump (30.50), broad jump (9′10) and 20-yard split (2.65).

Brandon Johnson, S, Oregon

Johnson will join Philadelphia’s defensive back room, per The Oregonian’s James Crepea. In 2024, he amassed 45 tackles, one interception and forced a fumble.

ShunDerrick Powell, RB, Central Arkansas

The Eagles have added Powell to their running back room, per Inside The Star reporter Mark Heaney. The 5-foot-7, 183-pound running back finished with 1,334 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns last season.

Hollin Pierce, OT, Rutgers

Eagles offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland has his next project to develop. According to Bobby Deren of 247Sports, Pierce has signed with the Eagles, becoming the third offensive tackle to join the team today. He has incredible size (6-8, 341 pounds) and length (36-inch arms).

Maxen Hook, S, Toledo

Hook, who is considered one of the best defensive players to go undrafted, has signed with the Eagles. He played with Eagles cornerback Quinyon Mitchell at Toledo and roomed with him.

In his final season at Toledo, Hook amassed 108 tackles and two interceptions. He has good size (6-0 1/2″, 202 pounds), but he didn’t run well at the NFL Combine (4.55 40-yard dash).

Montrell Johnson Jr., RB, Florida

According to Fox Sports reporter Greg Auman, the Eagles have brought in Johnson on a UDFA deal.

The 5-foot-11, 212-pound running back is a downhill bruiser, who is good at breaking tackles.

Lance Dixon, LB, Toledo

Another Toledo player is coming to Philadelphia.

Dixon amassed 46 tackles, four pass deflections and forced two fumbles last season.

The former four-star recruit began his career at Penn State in 2019, then transferred to West Virginia in 2021. He played three seasons for the Mountaineers before going to Toledo last year.

Taylor Morin, WR, Wake Forest

Morin grabbed 64 catches for 756 yards and two touchdowns last season. He also averaged 17.0 yards per punt return.
