Patrick Mahomes is currently locked into a 10-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs that is worth a whopping $450 million. The three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback restructured his deal in March (for a fourth time) by converting part of his annual salary to a signing bonus.

This did not impact the total amount or the length of his contract. The Chiefs made this move to clear significant salary cap space, and there clearly weren't any complaints from Mahomes about receiving a lump sum upfront.
The six-time Pro Bowler decided to use some of that money to give his mom, Randi Mahomes, a huge surprise. According to a report by Realtor.com, the Chiefs QB teamed up with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, and his brother, Jackson Mahomes, to gift their mom a lavish $825,000 home in Texas.

On Sunday, Randi Mahomes, a native of Tyler, Texas, took to Instagram to share some news about her newly constructed home--one that took her by surprise.
"One of my favorite moments from signing on my new house is Hollytree has a title company," she said. "Did not know this. It's news since I left.
"Hollytree is where I worked for 20 years, basically. And same logo, but it says 'Title Company' and not 'Country Club.' But I had to take everything. I took the pen. I took the notepad. My key chain says Hollytree. I'm like, 'How ironic is that?'"

Randi Mahomes captioned her video by saying, "You can't make this up!" further emphasizing how shocked she was about the coincidence.
There is currently no public information available about whether or not Hollytree Country Club and Hollytree Title Company are directly related. While Randi Mahomes did point out that both companies have the same logo, the only known connection between the two is that they are both located in Tyler, Texas, within the proximity of the Hollytree neighborhood. Either way, Randi Mahomes just couldn't believe the coincidence as she shared the unexpected development on social media.
