The New England Patriots continued preparations for the Buffalo Bills down three.
Running back JaMycal Hasty and cornerback Marcus Jones remained sidelined from practice on Thursday, while the organization has since placed defensive tackle Christian Barmore back on the non-football illness list due to “recurring symptoms” stemming from his July diagnosis with blood clots.
New England’s 2023 sack leader began the AFC East week as a limited participant and will now miss the remainder of the season.
Here’s the second injury report heading into Sunday’s 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff at Highmark Stadium.
DID NOT PARTICIPATE
Patriots
- RB JaMycal Hasty (ankle)
- DT Christian Barmore (other — placed on NFI)
- CB Marcus Jones (hip)
Bills
- OT Dion Dawkins (personal)
An ankle injury has kept Hasty out of the backfield for back-to-back practices. A hip injury has done the same for Jones, who handled half of the defensive snaps last Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals while having a hand in six tackles, one punt return and one reception.

- OT Caedan Wallace (ankle — IR return)

- CB Rasul Douglas (knee)

After missing Wednesday’s practice due to an illness in addition to an ankle injury, Dugger made his way back in Foxborough. The safety and captain, who has been listed as questionable since returning from a three-game absence in October, did so as a limited participant. Seven others continued in a partial capacity for New England, including Wallace. The rookie offensive tackle out of Penn State has yet to be activated to the 53-man roster after having his 21-day practice window open last week. He was placed on injured reserve with an ankle issue of his own in October.

Bills
- WR Amari Cooper (wrist)
- TE Dalton Kincaid (knee)
- TE Quintin Morris (shoulder, groin)
- OT Spencer Brown (neck)
- DT DeWayne Carter (wrist)

Out wide, Baker graduated to full participation for the Patriots on Thursday. The No. 110 overall pick by way of Alabama and Central Florida spent all of last week in the NFL’s concussion protocol before returning as a limited participant to begin divisional work.
