With cameras rolling for the second season of their Vanderpump Rules spinoff, The Valley, Brittany, 35, and Jax, 45, were joined by their castmates, including Kristen Doute, 41, Scheana Shay, 39, and Brock Davies, 34, for a series of field day-style games, and of course, some drama.

In photos shared by Daily Mail on August 31, Brittany, dressed in a gray bra top, black leggings, and white shoes with her hair in pigtails, was seen crying while speaking to Kristen. Meanwhile, Jax was spotted in a blue and gray T-shirt, black pants, and a blue baseball cap.

According to the report, Brittany’s co-stars quickly rallied around her after she became emotional, and she was spotted receiving hugs and high-fives.

In another report shared by TMZ on August 30, it was noted that “you could cut the tension [between Brittany and Jax] with a knife” during their filmed outing. It was also stated that while the two of them were keeping their distance throughout the taping, they appeared to be in very different moods.

While Brittany was seen laughing with her friends during their day at the park, Jax looked to be “in a funk.” And as the report suggested, things got uncomfortable when a friend had to pull Brittany away from him because she “was getting a tad too close.”

TMZ also said that an eyewitness reportedly overheard Jax telling Kristen that he was spiraling out of control before he sought a weeks-long treatment program for mental health issues.

Also at the end of last week, Brittany spoke of her divorce filing against Jax on their shared podcast, When Reality Hits With Jax and Brittany.

“I unfortunately can’t speak on details because everything has been heavily documented on the show since we happen to be filming right now. You will see how everything plays out once the show airs, but I will say this. This season has been the most difficult season I have ever had to film,” she revealed. “I never imagined I’d go through something so personal and painful while having the world watch.”

“My decision to file wasn’t made lightly or quickly. It’s taken me many, many years to get to this point where I’ve gained enough courage and strength to do what was best for me,” she continued. “Get myself out of a toxic relationship and ultimately see my worth. It’s been very difficult but I’m stronger than ever and my motivation is my son, my Cruzzy, who deserves a healthy and happy mommy. ”

The Valley season two is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
