Philadelphia is among four teams to have the earliest byes this year, so Nick Sirianni’s team will play 13 straight games without a break to close the regular season. The Birds will get a mini-bye week in 11 when they play the Washington Commanders on Amazon Prime’s Thursday night football.
The Eagles are 2-2 and used this week to refocus and get healthy, with multiple starters missing the Week 4 loss to Tampa Bay. Philadelphia has been inefficient but explosive on offense, while the defense had been stout before allowing 33 points to the Buccaneers.
With the Sunday slate of games fast approaching, we’re predicting the Eagles’ next four games post-bye week.

After one of the earliest byes in recent memory, Philadelphia returns home to face a loaded Cleveland squad searching for their own identity on offense. The Browns are 1-3, and the league’s top defense from 2023 has struggled. Vic Fangio’s defense breaks out against Deshaun Watson, and the Eagles win.

Jacksonville will have faced the Colts, Bears, Patriots, and Packers before heading to Philadelphia on a Sunday night. Depending on how things pan out, a 0-8 or 1-7 Jaguars team losing to the Eagles could spell doom for Doug Pederson.
Win: 5-3
