Denise Richards made her grand return to Bravo in March of this year on Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. However, reports now say that the series, which focused on her family life, won’t return to the network for a second season.
The news of the show’s cancellation comes amid Denise’s recently announced divorce from Aaron Phypers. Notably, he was the one who filed for divorce from her. They have been married since 2018.
According to TMZ, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things was always meant to be a single-season show, despite many series on the network going on for years. Many people also assumed Denise would open up about her divorce during the show’s second season.
Still, this doesn’t mean that the Wild Things actress won’t appear on Bravo in the near future. As Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans know, production for the upcoming 15th season is ongoing with all of the cast returning, except Garcelle Beauvais. It’s also worth noting that several of the ladies from the show made appearances on Denise Richards & Her Wild Things when it was airing earlier this year.
While Denise isn’t a part of RHOBH anymore, the report states that it’s not too late for producers to call her in to film scenes. TMZ confirmed through sources connected to the show that RHOBH producers have so far not reached out to Denise to appear. But they were also told not to rule it out yet.
So far, Denise hasn’t responded to the news of her divorce or reacted to her series not returning to Bravo. Her most recent Instagram post came on July 4. She posted a photo of herself in an American-themed bikini to celebrate the holiday. She said in the caption, “Red, white, and a little bit ooh lala.” The caption also included the American flag.
